On Air is an early-access stream planner by Jonny Vibe. This page explains how this version handles your information. Updated 6 November 2026.
Your account and diary
Sign-in is provided by Twitch. On Air uses your verified Twitch account identifier to keep your workspace separate from other people’s. Your chosen name, optional RaidPal username, diary, private event codes, notes and preferences are stored on the server. Diary contents and connection credentials are encrypted at rest. The service operator manages the hosting and encryption configuration; this is not end-to-end encryption.
Your devices
A copy of your diary and any unsaved changes may be held in this browser’s local storage under your account. Signing out clears this version’s account cache. Avoid using shared computers for private event codes. An original diary from before account support may remain in its older browser storage so it can be recovered during migration.
Connected services
RaidPal sync reads its public schedule API using your chosen username. Twitch authorisation is used to check which channels are live; On Air requests no Twitch chat-writing scope. The optional Nightbot connection requests channel_send so the monitor can post a handover message to your connected channel. Credentials are stored encrypted and renewed when needed. Disconnect in Next DJ alerts to stop using a connection; you can also revoke access with the provider.
Private notifications and background checks
Cloudflare hosts the website, encrypted database and background monitor. Twitch and Nightbot tokens stay on the server. Encrypted device push subscriptions are stored when you enable private push. Notifications pass through your browser’s push provider and may include the next DJ’s name and event title. Each device requires permission. Browser and operating-system settings control how they appear.
Your choices
You can edit your diary, pause monitoring, disconnect services, turn off notifications and download a backup. Backups include private event codes; keep them safe. For help or a request to remove stored account data, contact Jonny Vibe via his Twitch profile. On Air does not include advertising or analytics trackers in this version. Google Fonts supplies the interface typefaces.
